No kidding. This is the best thin-crust pizza I’ve ever eaten and it’s vegan, gluten-free, grainfree, with spicy soy chirizo and shredded vegan moist mozzarella cheese. Seriously, who would ever miss cheese or meat when you can make something like this? No animals were harmed in the making of this pizza. Go vegan.
- Le Garden Bakery grain-free, gluten-free, vegan pizza crust
- Wegmans brand garlic marinara sauce (organic, gluten-free and vegan)
- Follow Your Heart hand-shredded mozzarella cheese (sorry, Daiya, but this tastes better)
- Trader Joe’s Soy Chorizo. Spicy gluten-free, vegan.
Top the frozen crust and place directly on the rack for 15 minutes. My god, it’s good!
BLOGGERS NOTE: I was eating this pizza as I was uploading this blog post and I just ate the entire thing and now I want to make another one. Does that make me a bad vegan?
